PARADISE * ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL *
The Emblem

School Emblem depicts an open book with the rays of light emanating from it, the waves of the ocean beneath and encircling it are the ears of corn. The open book signifies learning, intellect and lighthouse of wisdom. From the open book rises the sun of knowledge, spreading the vibrant rays of cognizance and wisdom which dissipate the obscure ignorance and make human beings free from fear, irrationality, hatred and evil. The waves of the ocean beneath symbolise the immensity of profound knowledge and erudition, with the pearls of true education. The thriving ears of corn connote strength, vigour, wholeness and prosperity and represent the perpetual growth of mind, body and soul, and so does Education. Paradise English Medium School thus exercises and strives for creating an impartial and strong moral character.
